Rev. Liz Adleta and her husband ministered globally for 36 years as they raised their 8 children, training 4500 leaders many of whom birthed disciple-making networks. Their focus was prayer, tools, training, and teamwork towards Kingdom transformation. Until 2004, they worked in the Buddhist world, serving in leadership for SEANET (Buddhist world) and various partnerships. Since 2004, Liz serves globally with the Ethnê movement, the 24:14 Coalition, & Fellowship of Prayer Strategists, 10 Days, Global Family 24-7 Prayer, and others. As one of the founders of Fellowship of Prayer Strategists, Liz believes that prayer is the indispensable key to the unfinished task.

Jenny Oliphant
Jenny Oliphant lived in Argentina for 15 years with her husband and two boys, serving on the COMIBAM board, responsible for prayer mobilization for mission. She also served with Latin Link, on the international core team and as International Prayer coordinator. She coordinates the Ethnê Prayer Team (mobilizing church & praying communities to pray for UPGs), the 24:14 Prayer Task Force (seeking Acts-style Kingdom movements in every UPG by 2025) and the International Prayer Council focusing on unreached people groups.

Melinda Lyons grew up near Washington DC, but now lives in Dallas, Texas. She is married with 2 grown children, Michael and Bill. Melinda has been with Wycliffe Bible Translators for almost 35 years, first working as a librarian and later as a language coach, before taking the role as assistant to the Global Prayer Coordinator for SIL. Her focus is prayer for Bible translation and use on these two continents. She has partnered with Ethnê prayer workgroup since 2005 and was one of the original founders of the Fellowship of Prayer Strategists.

Maria Fernandez de Diaz. She is from Argentina, she is a missionary with her husband Daniel Diaz, they have a daughter Mickaela, they live in Orlando, FL. USA. She serves the Iberoamerican Church through Intercession and Mobilization. She is the director of the Intercession program of COMIBAM. Responsible for mobilizing prayer for unreached Muslim ethnic groups in Aceleremos (Vision 5.9 Latin America). She is part of the regional team of Ethne Español. She also serves in the Florida Multicultural District and Doulos group international agency, mobilizing prayer.

Debra Cappella has lived in Frankfurt, Germany for the last 3 years serving with Greater Europe Mission (GEM). She leads the 24:14 Europe prayer team. Prior to serving in Germany, she worked in the USA with GEM as a prayer mobilizer and organized a biannual Day of Prayer for Europe. God prepared her for this role when her oldest son entered kindergarten and she became involved with what is now called Moms in Prayer (MIP) as a member and sometimes as a leader while her 4 sons grew up.

Hydrate Session
Hydrate sessions are key ways for intercessors to connect with those on the field through a short session of prayer offered through Zoom. Intercessors are mature in the Lord and trained in prayer ministry.
What to expect in a Hydrate session? A hydrate session includes a short introduction followed by a time of listening to the Lord on behalf of the team or individual then sharing any words/Scriptures/pictures from the Lord and praying over the individual/team.
